[En español...]  Integrados was composed by Ricardo Dal Farra (electroacoustic processors) and Arturo Gervasoni (guitar) in 1986.

The composition is built over two alternating materials. They appear juxtaposed at first, and then superposed. At the end, maximum tension is produced using transformed elements from one of the previous structures, with a recapitulation occurring afterwards.

The sounds from a classical guitar are processed through a mixing desk, a digital delay line and a pitch transposer. The composition is the outcome of the direct interaction between two musicians, one generating and the other processing sounds. All sounds heard on this recording were played and processed live.

Integrados was premiered (live) in Argentina at Teatro Colón of Buenos Aires in 1986. In the United Sates, it was performed live by the composers at the Center for Fine Arts in Miami during the New Music America Festival in 1988. As a tape piece, it was played in Cuba during the IV Encuentro Internacional de Música Electroacústica, and in the United States during the 1989 International Computer Music Conference (ICMC89) held in Ohio, among other festivals and symposiums.
