Crossing Over Communities, the
Sixth Mini-international Festival of Videoshorts in July 2001 in Liverpool, England. The event, co-curated by Iliyana Nedkova and Nina Czegledy, helps build bridges between remote communities and individuals. It is also an alternative framework for Eastern European artists to develop, produce and present experimental short digital films.
Crossing Over Communities is where micro-enterprise and micro-revolution meet through a series of residencies for creating digital shorts.
